rolled egg, tamago-yaki

This is a typical Japanese dish for lunchbox made of eggs. pause for a moment and think how you would cook it.

first you beat an egg, preheat the pan, and put oil so that egg doesn’t stick to it.
Pour one ladleful of the egg mixture, spread it evenly, cook it light and pour the second ladle of the egg, and repeat this once more or twice.
after this rolled egg is done, slice thin or fat, however you like.
The one from the right photo doesn’t show a layer clear because it is ready-made.

Rock'n roll!
